Description of Nano Copper
Copper has excellent conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance. In recent years, the application of nano copper in lubricating oil has been extensively studied. Nano copper can not only significantly improve the anti-wear of lubricating base oil in a certain experimental range. Reduced friction performance, and can significantly improve the load bearing capacity of the lubricant. Studies have shown that nano copper adsorbed with dispersant molecules acts like a "bearing" on the surface of the friction pair. At heavy load, the nano copper particles form a deposited film on the surface of the friction pair, so that the copper nanometer exhibits a good anti-wear and anti-friction effect, and also has the advantages of self-repairing property and environmental friendliness.
